About Me
Nicole Sattler, Nutritionist
Hello there! I am Nicole Sattler; nutritionist, health coach, foodie, entertainer extraordinaire, organization junkie, wannabe Food Network star, chocolate connoisseur and truly passionate about how food impacts our well-being.
I am a Colorado native; attended Colorado State University where I received my bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science with an emphasis in Health Promotion. I later earned my Master’s degree in functional medicine and integrative nutrition from the University of Bridgeport.
My desire to learn more about how nutrition affects our bodies began while I was attempting to manage my life with an autoimmune disease. After struggling with ulcerative colitis and years of conventional treatment, I realized traditional medicine was only treating the symptoms and never attempted to get to the root of the problem. I decided it was time to learn more about my disease and ways to heal my body naturally. I was able to restore function with diet and lifestyle interventions and decided to make it my goal to help others do the same. This desire is what drove me to earn my Master’s degree.
I believe in focusing on the whole person and empowering my clients to be their own health advocates; there is no one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to take the fear out of using nutrition as medicine, help clients achieve a lifetime of wellness and to navigate the ever-changing world of nutrition.
When I’m not chasing my rambunctious daughter (and husband) around you can find me at Pilates, entertaining family and friends, working on my golf game, cooking/baking, gardening and enjoying the Colorado sunshine. I am eager and excited to guide you through your health journey and hope to create lasting habits for you and your family.
