This is one of those recipes that everyone loves. It’s a great option for breakfast with yogurt and fresh fruit or a yummy snack by itself. You can make it your own by switching up the seeds and nuts, I typically use whatever I have on hand.

Ingredients
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup chopped dried fruit (apricots or cherries)

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the nuts/seeds, oats, and coconut. In a separate bowl combine the coconut oil, honey, maple syrup, salt, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  • Spread evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and mix in the dried fruit .
  • Let cool.

Enjoy!
